Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, the room design was unusual and no windows but you get used to it after a while. Great location close to the beach and night clubs and shopping centres.

Very friendly staff, very nice beds, big room, close to all the big clubs and restaurants. Only short walk to the beach.
You have to keep in mind that there are almost no walls in the room. So almost no privacy during bathing or showering

Very cooly designed and themed rooms. Each room is themed on a magnet of design including top models...there is even a David Beckham room! The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, great furnishings, good surroundings and good staff. The location, it is opposite the Riu Palace in the hotel zone and there are shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and even a starbucks in the immediate area. The major clubs and bars are litteraly 5 minutes walk. Loved this hotel, highly reccomended. Good complimentary WIFI in the rooms. AC very good, Cable tv very good.
Personally, there was nothing for me to be unhappy with about this hotel. However, it was just me on my own. Couples and families should be aware that the shower, toilet and bathroom are actually in the room directly. There were some families who had to send their kids out of the room whilst the parents went to the toilet, showered etc. And for couples, no matter how much you love someone, you don't really want to see and hear them taking a dump!

The weather was beautiful, had really really nice stay on vacation. Its location not very far from a night club was good.

It is quite a luxury hotel with all the comforts in the room, but not completely in activity by the time we stayed there (August 2010). Only a few rooms and the reception seemed to be used, with air conditioning on. The rest of the hotel, common areas, escalators, restaurant, were all closed and without air conditioning, giving to the whole quite an aspect of the hotel of the movie "Shining". Anyway it is an excellent compromise from a quality/price point of view, considering Cancun's prices.
Unused areas were extremely hot and looked desolate.

The location was easy, close to all interests. A ferry port nearby the property was really handy.

Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was unique and clean, it had easy location outside in the mall area. Location: the property was close enough to the beach bar and shops, the Chedraui grocery store, beach, and bus lines. We had goodies and coffee at Pancho's Cafe and Deli, it was located close to the venue.

I had an very nice stay! The breakfast buffet was the highlight, with fresh selections daily, and the design of the hotel is a unique mix of Mayan and fashion influences that impressed me. The spacious room felt like a luxurious retreat, which exceeded my expectations significantly.

Staying in a themed King Room was a unique experience, with a massive bed and a fun decor inspired by fashion brands. The cleanliness was questionable, as my sheets were dirty and the bathroom had issues. The location was decent but far from ideal, and with flimsy security, I wouldn't feel comfortable staying here again.

The kids loved splashing around in the pool while we enjoyed some beachside relaxation. The only downside was a slight delay in getting our room ready, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it 🌴

Had a lovely time during our stay! The spacious suite was beautifully designed, and the large soaking bathtub was a good feature. It was conveniently located close to shops and about a 10-minute walk to the beach. One downside was the water pressure in the shower, which could use some improvement.

The spacious suite we booked was beautifully designed, with a large soaking bathtub and a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and local shops, made our excursions easy and enjoyable.
The water pressure in the shower could use improvement.
